So here it is - my most challenging project to date, finally complete...

Cradlesong cover
.
Cover art for Cradlesong by Rob Thomas.
Art - me (Louise Robinson)
Design/art direction - Ria Lewerke
Photography - Andrew Macpherson
Copyright - Atlantic Records
An ongoing project which was initiated sometime back in January, the work has been both challenging and exciting......and pretty intensive, to say the very least. I was not previously aware that the images were already circulating the web, so I thought it appropriate to authenticate my involvement here.
For those who are familiar with my portfolio, the above work was initially inspired by Lupine, from my Spectres and Dreams collection. This was Rob's own, personal choice, right down to the identical red spot in the visible pupil. The theme? dark fairytales....whatever else?;)
I also supplied the art work for the lead single:
.
Her Diamonds
As yet, I do not have the larger images on file, so this tiny little offering shall have to suffice until a later edit. To read more about the single, with links, please see here. I can supply you with the original, again taken from my Spectres and Dreams collection:

Dark Heart

Art/photograph/model - me
Art direction/design - Ria Lewerke

Both Rob and Ria were a dream to work with (so extremely helpful, kind and damned good fun), as was everyone concerned.
For more info, just Google:)

Polaroids at sundown. My hair in flames.
And that fly on the garden wall......is actually a fancy little lamp:)

If any of the links supplied in this post do not work, please let me know. I have recently moved over to Macintosh, which is nothing short of the greatest love affair that I have ever had - and some of the keyboard shortcuts are taking me a while to get used to....like why has my text leapt to the left side when the settings are programmed to centre it?
